Overview

DCA8500 is a phthalocyanine blue derivative of the surface functional group, as a synergistic dispersant, it can be greatly intensify the surface absorption for the pigment, improve the dispersing efficiency, lower the grinding viscosity, it has obvious effect when dispersing pigments of phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, and carbon black, that combining with hyperdispersant.

Properties

1. It is suitable for dispersing cold color pigments (blue, green, black etc.), it can be greatly lower viscosity when combined with hyperdispersant. It is also good effect with all kinds of common hyperdispersant.

2. Excellent wetting ability for phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, carbon black, greatly improves the pigment dispersing.

3. It is help of showing the phase effect for carbon black

Application fields

DCA-8500 is suitable for all kinds of waterborne solvent and UV curing system, as activation dispersant for grinding color paste

Add method 

Added before grinding, dispersing in viscosity close system.

Dosage 

The different addition amount according to different system, the addition amount is about 25% of the used hyperdispersant when combined with the dosage of hyperdispersant, or contrast to phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green 3%-8%, carbon black 5%-20%

Packing and storage 

25KG in iron drum, store in cool and dry place.
